What Aralda is

Aralda is a search engine for European public tenders, contracts and grants, operated by Hendeka Orchestra, S.L. (Sociedad Unipersonal), NIF B93853315, registered office Calle Domingo J. Aralda collects and indexes notices published by public authorities. It does not produce, certify or interpret them. Dates, amounts and requirements shown here are research aids; the original document on the publishing authority's portal always prevails.

Plans and prices

Plans and prices. Plans that include the Aralda assistant (an artificial intelligence system) come with a maximum number of consultations per calendar month, stated on the plan page; the count restarts on the first day of each month, also for annual plans, and unused consultations do not carry over. When the limit is reached the feature pauses until the start of the following month, at no extra cost; tender search stays available. For businesses and professionals, prices are stated exclusive of taxes. For consumers, prices are stated with all taxes included and the final price is shown before the order is confirmed. The service is supplied by Hendeka Orchestra, S.L., established in the Canary Islands, a territory outside the scope of EU VAT; for this reason the company is not registered in VIES. For business or professional customers established outside the Canary Islands the transaction is not subject to IGIC (Art. 17.Uno.1 Ley 20/1991) and the customer applies, where due, the reverse charge under its national law; customers established in the Canary Islands are charged IGIC at 7%. If you provide a VAT number we check it in VIES or by other reasonable evidence. We issue an invoice for every payment through Billin S.L., with the applicable tax wording. You can change your billing details in your account until the invoice is issued; afterwards, on request, we issue a corrective invoice within the quarter of the purchase. Term and cancellation. Monthly plans renew and may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the period; annual plans may be refunded pro rata for unused full months, on request. Service level. The service is provided «as is» and «as available»; sources are normally queried once a day; we do not guarantee the completeness, timeliness or accuracy of deadlines, amounts or requirements. If the service is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours, we grant a proportional credit. Licence to use. Internal use for your own activity and for the clients you assist, with attribution of the source; resale, redistribution of the database, bulk extraction and the building of competing services are prohibited. Access to the data is through the site's interface and, for the plans that include it, through the API described in the API access section; other direct calls to the endpoints are reserved for the service's internal use and may be limited or discontinued. Law and venue. Spanish law and the courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, without prejudice to the section «Consumers».

Subscriptions

The paid plans shown in the price list are bought as a monthly or annual subscription, as stated on the plan page, at the price shown before you confirm the order. The subscription starts on payment and renews automatically at the end of each period, at the same price, unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account or by writing to info@aralda.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid and until then you keep every feature of the plan. For annual plans, on request, we refund the full months that have not yet started. If we change the price of a plan we tell you at least 30 days before the renewal and the new price applies only from the following renewal. If a renewal payment fails we tell you and the plan stays suspended until the payment succeeds; tender search remains available. If you buy as a consumer you may withdraw within 14 days of concluding the subscription, as set out in the Consumers section; if you asked for the service to start immediately, we refund the amount paid less the part of the period already used. If you buy as a business or professional the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply and cancellation at the end of the period applies instead. For every payment, initial or renewal, we issue an invoice with the applicable tax wording. If your billing details are incomplete or cannot be verified, the payment and the activation of the plan go ahead anyway; the invoice is held and we issue it as soon as you complete the details from your account or by writing to info@aralda.com. If your plan includes a number of Hunt Reports per period, the plan page says so; each included Report is requested with the same confirmation of immediate performance required for a Report bought on its own, and unused Reports do not carry over. The features of paid plans operate on sources with an explicit re-use licence, listed on the Sources and licences page; the other sources remain free to consult with a link to the original.

API access

Plans whose plan page says so include access to the data through the Aralda API. Access uses API keys that you generate from your account: each key is tied to your account and can be revoked at any time from your profile; the full key is shown to you only once. You are responsible for keeping your keys safe and for the requests made with them: do not pass them to third parties and revoke at once any key you believe compromised. The request limits of each plan are stated on the API page and on the plan page; above the limit, requests are refused until the next interval, at no extra cost. API access is part of the plan: it follows the service level stated in Plans and prices and ends when the subscription is suspended or ends. Data obtained through the API remain subject to the licence to use in these Terms: you may use them in your own systems for your own activity and for the clients you assist, stating for each tender the source and the link to the original that the response carries. You may not resell them, republish them as a database, redistribute them to third parties outside this use or build a competing service with them. Sources have their own licences, listed on the Sources and licences page and in the /sources route: where a licence requires attribution, attribution remains due in your systems too. We may limit or revoke a key used contrary to these Terms.

Hunt Report

The Hunt Report is a one-off digital product offered in a single, complete version (€11), available where the tender document can be read automatically; availability is checked before payment. The Report is unavailable for some restricted-access sources. By requesting it, you ask for immediate generation: once delivered, the right of withdrawal no longer applies. Before payment we show you an estimate of the sections of the Report, calculated on the catalogued documents and on the informational component from the database. You may buy even when the estimate indicates incomplete coverage. The actual content depends on the documents that can be read during generation. If generation fails or the Report contains no content derived from the tender documents, the order is cancelled and the amount paid is refunded in full, without delivery. Delivery of a Report with incomplete coverage does not in itself give rise to an automatic refund. The consumer’s non-waivable rights remain unaffected, including those relating to the conformity of digital content. For assistance or refund requests you can write to info@aralda.com. The Report remains downloadable from your account for 24 months. It is not legal, tax or strategic advice, nor tender assistance.

Consumers

If you buy as a consumer, that is for purposes outside your trade, business or profession, you keep every right that the law of your country of residence does not allow to be limited, including the rules on unfair terms and on the conformity of digital content. For any dispute you may bring proceedings before the courts of your own domicile.

You have the right to withdraw from subscription plans within 14 days. For the Hunt Report the rule in its own section applies.

For consumers, the version of these Terms in the language in which they concluded the contract is binding, where published. If the version in your language is not yet published, the notice at the top of this page applies.

If you have a complaint, write to info@aralda.com and we will reply within one month. If we cannot resolve it together, we will tell you whether we belong to an alternative dispute resolution body and how to contact it.

Liability

The publishing authority's original document always prevails. The service reports opportunities and deadlines as published by the sources on the date shown; we do not guarantee completeness, timeliness or accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability on any ground is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the event; we are not liable for indirect losses, missed participation in tenders or loss of profit. The limitation does not apply in case of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor where the applicable law prohibits it. For one-off purchases, including the Hunt Report, the limit equals the price paid for that individual purchase.

Permitted use

You may use Aralda for your business, professional, research or personal activity. You may not extract content in bulk to rebuild a competing service, overload the infrastructure with automated requests, or circumvent the technical measures of the service.

Indexed content remains subject to the licences of its respective rightsholders, listed on the Sources and licences page.
