What Aralda is

Aralda is a search engine for European public tenders, contracts and grants, operated by Hendeka Orchestra, S.L. (Sociedad Limitada), NIF B93853315, registered office Calle Domingo J. The original document prevails

Aralda collects and indexes notices published by public authorities. It does not produce, certify or interpret them. Dates, amounts and requirements shown here are research aids; the original document on the publishing authority's portal always prevails.

Plans and prices

Plans and prices: paid plans are reserved for businesses and professionals with a valid VAT number; Plans that include the Aralda assistant (an artificial intelligence system) come with a maximum number of consultations per billing period, stated on the plan page; when the limit is reached the feature pauses until the next renewal, at no extra cost. Prices are exclusive of taxes. The service is supplied by Hendeka Orchestra, S.L., established in the Canary Islands, a territory outside the EU VAT area; the company is therefore not registered in VIES. For taxable customers established outside the Canary Islands, the transaction is not subject to IGIC (Art. 17.Uno.1 Ley 20/1991) and the customer applies, where due, reverse charge under its national law; customers established in the Canary Islands are charged IGIC at 7%. A valid VAT number is required and checked through VIES. An invoice is issued for every payment via Billin S.L., including the applicable non-IGIC wording. Term and cancellation: monthly plans renew and may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the period; annual plans may be refunded pro rata for unused full months on request. Service level: the service is provided “as is” and “as available”; sources are normally queried once a day and we do not guarantee completeness, timeliness or accuracy of dates, amounts or requirements. If the service is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours, we grant a proportional credit. Licence: internal use for your own activity and assisted clients, with source attribution; resale, database redistribution, mass extraction and competing services are prohibited. Data access is allowed only through the site's interface; direct calls to endpoints are reserved for the service's internal use and may be limited or discontinued. Law and venue: Spanish law and the courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.

Hunt Report

The Hunt Report is a one-off digital product offered in two versions shown before purchase: complete (€11), where the tender document can be read automatically, and reduced (€5), where the source portal does not permit this and we report only the public structured data with a link to the original. The Report is unavailable for some restricted-access sources. By requesting it, you ask for immediate generation: once delivered, the right of withdrawal no longer applies. If the complete Report cannot be generated, the order is cancelled and fully refunded without delivery. The Report remains downloadable from your account for 24 months. It is not legal, tax or strategic advice, nor tender assistance.

Liability

The publishing authority's original document always prevails. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the event. For one-off purchases, including the Hunt Report, the limit equals the price paid for that individual purchase.

Permitted use

You may use Aralda for your business, professional or research activity. You may not extract content in bulk to recreate a competing service, overload the infrastructure with automated requests, or circumvent technical measures.
